Sealing only works if the prep is right. We never skip it.
Deep clean
We pressure wash out mold, mildew, dirt and stains, and pull the weeds from every joint.
Re-sand the joints
Fresh joint sand locks the pavers in place and keeps weeds and ants out.
Seal
A protective seal brings the color back, blocks stains and UV fading, and holds the sand in place.
Florida is tough on pavers
Unsealed pavers fade, stain and loosen faster here than almost anywhere.
Sun fading
UV bleaches the color out of unsealed pavers within a few years.
Mold and mildew
Our humidity turns shady pavers green and black. Sealing slows it down.
Weeds and ants
Loose joint sand invites weeds and ant hills. Sealed sand stays put.
Stains
Oil, rust and pool chemicals soak into bare pavers. Sealer keeps them on top.
Pick your finish
Natural look
Protection without the shine. Pavers look clean and new, not glossy.
Wet look
A rich, deeper color with a light sheen. The most popular choice on driveways and pool decks.

How long does sealing last?
Usually two to three years in Florida, depending on sun and traffic. We'll tell you what to expect for your surface.
